There appear to be alot of new sites like these out there, that offer either an safe, anonymous format for job seekers, or that offer confidentiality in a community or job matching-type setting (JobFox, Blue Chip Expert, etc.).
My question is what are these new sites doing to promote themselves to high-performers in the workforce. I have yet to see anything from these sites that reflect that their job seekers are of any higher quality than the job seekers on the job boards are.
Utilization of these tools by job seekers is still very low, especially in comparison to utilization of job boards. These tools are worth watching though as they potentially effectively address privacy concerns of job seekers and recruiters alike.
